Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Bin Jalil Fragrance. We value our customers and strive to provide high-quality fragrances and excellent service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product leakage during delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes/fragrances
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer/easy paisa/jazzcash (as applicable)

If your order was Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you for refund details.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly shipped

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
